美國今年的「黑色星期五」意外成為槍枝購買的大日子。據 FBI 本周公布資料，這天已成為有紀錄以來，購買槍枝背景審查人數最多的一天。

據《USA Today》報導，今年 11 月 27 日，美國犯罪背景速查系統 (The National Instant Criminal Background Check System) 共處理了 18.5 萬筆購槍背景申請，為史上最多的一天。

FBI 多媒體部門主管 Stephen Fischer 表示，今年的購槍申請人數，比去年黑色星期五 17.5 萬人，足足多了近 5%，之前的最高紀錄，是 2012 年 12 月 21 日，共 17.7 萬人申請購槍。

FBI 數據顯示，自 1998 年以來，他們已經審核超過 2.2 億筆槍枝的購買背景審查。而單日購買人數前十的日子，先前就包括 2012、2013 及 2014 年的黑色星期五。此外，當有重大槍擊案件發生，購槍人數也會激增，例如 2012 年 12 月，當時發生了 Sandy Hook 小學的槍擊案。

今年黑色星期五當天，在科羅拉多州也發生槍擊案件，造成 3 死 9 傷慘劇。美國總統歐巴馬在周六公開呼籲，要求加強對「武器戰爭」的嚴格控制。

台股失守半年線，MSCI 最新權重調整結果公布，台股在全球新興市場指數權超值推薦重由 12.20% 下調至 12.12%，連續 13 季遭調降，大盤指數今 (15) 日開低，不過，在蔡英文總統拍板獎勵都更的政策利多激勵下，營建股成為盤面上領軍指標，相關都更概念股包括資產股、鋼鐵股、玻陶股等齊漲，加上股王大立光 (3008) 翻紅、台積電 (2330) 力守平盤，指數在平盤上下震盪，法人認為，指數再跌有限，短線以整理居多。

MSCI 調整權重，台股在「MSCI 全球新興市場指數」權重由 12.20% 下調至 12.12%、亞洲除日本指數權重由 14.39% 下調至 14.28%、全球市場指數則維持在 1.36% 不變；以「MSCI 全球新興市場指數」來看，台股為第 13 度遭調降權重，最新權重將在 11/30 收盤後生效。

MSCI 台灣指數成份股部分，新增一檔及刪除一檔成分股，11 月底指數成分股將為 88 檔，權重調升最多的成分股為新增成分股微星，權重為 0.35%，刪除成分股為新普；全球小型台股新增 10 檔，包括智易 (3596) 、卜蜂 (1215) 、華夏、精測、智伸科、藥華藥 (6446) 、新普、大江、堤維西、萬海。

美股周一道瓊工業指數收小紅，NASDAQ 指數持續下探，S&P500 及費城半導體也是下跌，台股早盤以 8927.92 點開出，下跌 12.48 點，盤面上領攻指標輪動到營建股等傳產族群，另外，金融股早盤在中信金、中壽、台新金、開發金、玉山金等上漲帶動下，一度成為盤面主流，可惜賣壓湧見下類股指數翻黑小跌。

電子股部分也是小跌，大立光開平小黑後翻紅，台積電開低翻紅守平盤、鴻海小紅，上銀在接單利多下股價上漲，MSCI 新增成分股微星（2377-TW）股價開小紅翻黑下跌。

總統蔡英文要求月底前提出獎勵都更的具體方案，營建股成為今日盤面上多頭指標，類股漲幅逾 2%，居各類股之冠，另外，資產股、鋼鐵、玻陶股及造紙股漲幅也都超過 1%，大盤指數在平盤上下呈現震盪，盤中高低點震盪 51 點；在 MSCI 成分股部分以中小型股較有表現，包括卜蜂及藥華藥等表現較強。

國泰證期顧問處協理簡伯儀指出，台股在跌破半年線後今日呈現跌深反彈走勢，低基期的族群出現補漲，短線雖未回到 5 日線，但指標偏低，預期再跌有限，短期整理居多。
